ACE Market-listed Cuscapi Bhd is already qualified for the main-board listing.

However, managing director Her Chor Siong said the company has yet to decide whether to upgrade its listing status.

"Financially, we are already qualified. Whether we will or not, it's still in the exploratory stage," he told Business Times when asked about the company's Main Market listing plans.

Cuscapi, which was established in Nov 1978 as DTS (M) Sdn Bhd, provides integrated management solutions and services for food and beverage (F&B) enterprises.

The company was renamed Datascan Bhd in conjunction with its listing on the Mesdaq Market in July 2004.

In 2006, the company changed its name to Cuscapi, which stands for "Customer Capital".

" People say it all the time, but customer is the most neglected asset in the balance sheet," he said, adding that the company helps its clients capitalise on customers by providing proprietary software for the F&B industry.

He said Cuscapi provides end-to-end solutions and they can run on any hardware.

Through its call centres, the company can also help clients manage their food and beverage operations.
