Our company was established on 16 November 1978 as a private limited company under the name of DTS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. with the sole vision of becoming the respected leader in providing world-class solutions for enhancing clients' businesses. We achieved this soon after as the pioneer provider of Point-of-Sale systems in Malaysia. In 2004, we took another giant leap by becoming a public listed company while renaming ourselves Datascan Berhad.

In the same year, Datascan ventured into software solutions development and created its own business management solutions software application for the F&B industry, known as Transight® Smart Service Suite.

Since then, Datascan, now known as Cuscapi Berhad, has grown to become a trusted and innovative solutions provider. As Cuscapi, we now deliver solutions and services to companies worldwide across 7 diverse industries ­ F&B, retail, hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, automotive and public service - to create new value for clients so that they can realise the full potential of their customer capital.
