| Responsibilities: • Participate, contribute and lead in the various phases of the System Development Lifecycle. • Participate in user-requirement study, assist in the preparation of requirement specifications in accordance to users' needs. • Translate functional requirements into technical design and implementation. • Communicate with clients and team members to access technical feasibility of user requirements. • Lead a team of developers/testers of a sub-system in the project. • Set-up the development and test environment for the project. • Prepare project documentation including Functional and Technical Specifications, test scripts and user/operations manuals. • Co-ordinate user acceptance test and conduct user training. • Prepare and perform system deployment. • Provide production support and resolve issues. • Work closely with project manager to ensure timely deliverable and issue escalation/resolution. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. • Candidate who possessed 3-5 years of working experience are encouraged to apply. • Candidate must be familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience in system analysis and design is an advantage. • Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement is an advantage. • Working knowledge in Enterprise Business Solution (e.g CRM, ERP) is an advantage. • Programming experience in the J2EE (Java) or the .Net platform would be an added advantage. • Must be pro-active, a good team player and self starter. • Independent and a quick learner. • Business writing skill is preferred. • Required language (s) : English (verbal and written) • Preferred language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written), Mandarin (verbal and written). • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. |
