Project Manager Project-based, Klang Valley

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate, detailed project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Identify and manage project risks, track projects to successful completion. • Communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders. • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customer. • Provide leadership to project teams. • Maintain project documentation. • Provide hands-on analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post   implementation support. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline. • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in IT preferably in system development with   minimum 1 year experience as a Project Leader, Team Leader or Project Manager. • Must have Leadership and Project Management skills. • Technical background in Java or .NET technologies. • Proficient in English and Mandarin. • Those with PMP certification will be added advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. • Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills at both business and technical levels. • Self motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritise and escalate tasks in   a high pressure environment. • High attention to detail and accuracy and willing to travel abroad. • A desire to succeed in a fast-paced IT and business environment. • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
